Westward Ho!! Challenge Intro
Here’s the Leverett Family. Samuel, the patriarch of the family, has lived out West for many years…since the beginning days of expansion. He started up a General Store upon his arrival in a little trade town in the 1840s. That trade town, while still little, has grown into what is now Three Rivers. He’s too old now to work the store full time, so his son, Jacob Leverett, is now in charge of that. Jacob’s wife, Susanna, is the town School Teacher. The only one in town for that matter. They have two daughters, Cadence (who dreams of following in her mother’s footsteps and becoming the next School Teacher) and Emily.

This challenge looks like so much fun. I love reading about historical stories. I’m not good at writing them though so I think I’ll just stick to reading about your families. hehe
